Price Match Promise

Seen it cheaper at another UK retailer? We'll match the price. We check prices against other UK shops so you don't have to — and if you still find a lower price, just tell us.

How it works

1. Send us the link to the cheaper item on WhatsApp (+44 7398 251793) or by email to [email protected].
2. We check it — usually within a few hours during the working day.
3. If it qualifies, we send you a code for the matched price. Already ordered with us in the last 7 days? We refund the difference instead.

What we match

• The same product: same brand, model, size, colour and pack size, brand new.
• Sold and shipped by a UK retailer from its own website or shop, in stock at the time we check.
• We compare the total price including VAT and delivery.

What we don't match

• Marketplace sellers (for example eBay, Amazon Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace or other third-party sellers), auction prices and members-only, trade or wholesale prices.
• Prices on a brand's or manufacturer's own website or shop (for example pantherforce.co.uk).
• Used, refurbished, clearance or end-of-line items, multi-buy or bundle deals, and prices that need a voucher, cashback or loyalty scheme.
• Obvious pricing mistakes.

Small print

• Up to 3 of each item per customer, and one claim per item per order.
• The promise doesn't apply to items already on sale with us at a reduced price.
• We may change or end this promise at any time; claims made before a change are honoured. Your statutory rights are not affected.
